Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
5 Deep squat complex
24 Shuffle split
12 Skater jump
4 Up down dog + walk dog
14 Single leg v-up
8 Muscle clean
6 Power clean from power position
4 High hang clean
6 Lateral box jump over
5 KBS

WOD:
A) Every :90 for 12 minutes (8 sets)
High hang clean (substitute power clean if you’re sore from 24.3)
*Build on first 4 sets.

B) Against a 10 minute running clock perform:
50 V-up buy-in
then in remaining time
AMRAP of:
18 Lateral Box Jump Over (20/18″)
12 KB Swing (53/35#)

*Record total # of rounds and reps of couplet.

Mobility:
:45 Archer in saddle
:45 Lying knee twist
