10 Hollow rock
10 Superman
6 Spiderman lunge
16 Mountain climber
200m Run
8 Lat pull
5 Pullup
6 Burpee

WOD:
A) 12 minutes to build to a heavy 3 rep Back squat

B) 4 rounds each against a 5 minute running clock
400m Run (Scale to 300m)
20 Pullup (Scale to 10-15)
10 Burpee (Scale to 7)

1:00 Archer
