20 Shoulder tap in plank
10 Floor slide
10 Ring row
1 Wall walk up w/ :10 hold
150m Run
3-5 Strict pullup
5 Kip swing
3-5 Kipping pullup

WOD:
A) 5 RM Strict Press
10 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5.

B) 2 rounds
Against a 1:45 minute running clock:

Max push-up

Max Strict pull-up

Max Burpee

Max Pull-up

Mobility:
:45 Eagle in saddle
:45 Archer in straddle
