A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
2 Front Squat @ 80-85%

B) Partner WOD:
4 Rounds:
1 minute max Thruster (R1- 135/95, R2-125/85, R3-115/75, R4-95/65)
1 minute max Muscle-up or Ring Dip
1 minute rest

Minute 1- partner 1 begins on thrusters and partner 2 begins on MU’s/dips
Minute 2- partners switch
Minute 3- both partners rest
Record total thrusters and MU’s/dips as a team.
