5 minutes to warm-up then perform a set ever 2:30.
B) Every :90 for 9 minutes (3 sets), alternate between:
20 KB/DB walking lunge (sore from WB? sub weighted step-ups)
10 V-up complex (tuck up, extend L leg, extend R leg, v-up)
Mobility:
2 minute pigeon (each side)
1 minute saddle
