WOD:
EMOM x 21 (7 sets)
Minute 1: 6-14 Air bike calorie
Minute 2: 7-14 Ring pushup (scale to regular pushup)
Minute 3: 2 (Power clean + hang power clean+ hang squat clean)
Rx- 165/115, Scale I-135/95, Scale II-105/75, Scale III-75/45)
