WOD

Warm-up:
Run 200m
10 Wall squat
4 Inchworm
8 Spiderman lunge
3 DSC
8 Lat pull
4 Knee raise
2 T2B
:20 Front rack hold in bottom of squat
3 Tempo front squat w/ 2 second hold

WOD:
A) Tempo Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3 (Use same load across all sets/heavier than last week).
Pause for 2 seconds at bottom of squat.
*12 minutes.

B) For time:
1 mile Run (Scale to 1000m)
50 T2B (Scale to 25-30 and/or knee raise)
*12 minute cap.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Forward fold
1:00 Standing straddle
