A) Every :90 for 12 minutes (8 Sets)
2 Power clean
Build over the course of 8 sets

B) Team Sled pull
In teams of 3-4 perform a 10 minute AMRAP of 150′ sled pulls.
Use a weight that allows you continuously move with no stops.

2 minutes lizard each side
1 minute lying knee twist each side
