Thrusters (95/65, 65/45)
Chest-to-bar pull-ups (Jumping, not signed up for open COB or jumping for scaled)

Time cap: 20 minutes

If you are not signed up for the Open, you will have the option of doing the following for time:
21 Thrusters (95/65, 65/45)
21 C2B (COB, Jumping)
400m Run
15 Thrusters
15 C2B
400m Run
9 Thrusters
9 C2B
400m Run
