Warm-up:
1 minute each of:
Leg swing
Row/Bike
DSC

75′ each of:
Samson lunge
Carioca
Frog hop
Bear crawl
Burpee broad jump

WOD:
20 minute AMREP for Max Calorie Row or Air bike
At the start of every 2 minutes perform 5 Burpees and a 75′ bear crawl

Mobility:
5 minute foam roll
