Restorative Stretch Reminder! Get bendy with Coach Celeste at 1pm on Sunday.

Warm-up:
10 Bootstrapper
16 Skater jump
10 Superman
16 Single leg glute bridge
2 Rope get-up
3 Deep squat complex
4 Inchworm pushup +
10 Top down deadlift
6 Burpee

WOD:
A) Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3
*14 minutes building.

B) For quality and max load:
Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 Building
2 Legless Rope climb after each set of DL (scale to no jump climb or 4 rope get-up)
*18 minutes.

Mobility:
1:00 Twisted cross
1:00 Lying knee twist
