Every 4 minutes for 24 minutes:

5 Power clean (60% of 1RM)
10 DB step-ups (35/25#)
20 DU (Scale to 10 DU or 30 SU)
250m row (Scale to 200m)
*If you did 19.5 on Saturday then scale back and take today as a recovery day.

*Extend working leg fully before putting non-working leg on box.

Mobility: 2 minute quad rollout w/ barbell (each side)
