Warm-up:

10 Bootstrapper
10 Fire hydrant
10 Superman
16 Single leg glute bridge (8 each leg)
10 Leg swing
10 Push up
10 Top down deadlift
200m Run

WOD:
5-5-5-5-5
Bench press
Deadlift
Spend 20 minutes building to a heavy set of 5 Bench and 5 Deadlift.

Mobility:
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Twisted cross
