Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
3 Deep squat complex
5 Yoga pushup
10 Cossack squat
4 Inchworm lunge
12 Single leg glute bridge
3 Rounds of:
3 Burpee
6 Air squat

WOD:
A) Back squat
4 @ 50%
4 @ 60%
3 @ 70%
3 @ 75%
2 @ 80%
2 @ 85%
1-2 @ 90%
* 2 minutes for each set.

B) Partner WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes
10 Bench press (Building)
40 Wallball (Scale to 30)
*1 person working at a time.

Mobility:
1:30 Pigeon
