A) (2 rep) 1 1/4 Front Squat
Build for 4 minutes
then
perform a set every 1:30 for 7:30 (5 sets)
Increase from last week.
B) 3 Rounds not for time of:
20 DB/KB walking lunge (Use a load that allows you to go UB, but is challenging)
20 Banded lateral walks left and right
12 DB/KB single leg deadlift (6 each side)
