Warm-up:

Up down dog
Bootstrapper
Jumping jax
Ring row
Burpee
Cossack squat
Then
1 minute Row
1 minute Inchworm lunge
then
2-4 Strict pullup
4 Renegade row
4 Front squat
2 Man-maker
4 DB snatch
4 DB pushup

WOD:
EMOM x 20 minutes
Minute 1: Max Strict pullup
Minute 2: Max DB exercise*
MInute 3: Max Calorie Row
Minute 4: Rest
*DB exercise changes each round.
Choose a load that allows you to only need 1-2 short breaks on each exercise.
Round 1: Renegade Row
Round 2: Front squat
Round 3: Man-maker
Round 4: DB Snatch
Round 5: DB Push-up
