WOD
Warm-up:
10 Leg Swing
10 Air squat
10 PVC passthrough
5 Up down dog
30 Jumping jax
1 Wall walk up
5 (Power clean + front squat)
5 Push press
3 Deep squat complex
5 (Power clean + push jerk)
30 SU
15 DU or DU attempts
5 (Squat clean + split jerk)
3 Inverted burpee
WOD:
A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
5 Clean & jerk (Build each set)
This can be a squat or power clean and a push or split jerk.
The 5 reps should be quick singles without a break between them.
B) 9 minute AMRAP of:
9 Inverted burpee (Scale to roll to candlestick burpee or air squat + burpee)
45 DU (90 SU)
