WOD:
A) 3 RM Front Squat or Overhead Squat
*14 minutes.

B) 4 Rounds, each for time of:
10 Strict pullup
20 Front rack DB lunge (Choose a load that allows for UB sets)
15 HSPU (Pike pushup or Seated DB press)
1 minute rest
*Scale as needed to keep each round under 3:45.
**18 minute cap.

1:30 Dbl lax ball t-spine
:45 Lizard
