Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
6 Spiderman lunge
8 Superman
6 Bootstrapper
4 Up down dog
10 Top down deadlift
4 Power clean at 4 positions (High hang, mid hang, below knee, mid-shin)
2 Rope get-up
6 Burpee over bar
WOD: Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes (7 sets)
2 Rope climb (Rx+ legless, scale to rope get-up)
5 TNG Power clean (Building)
12 Lateral burpee over bar (Scale as needed in order to have at least 1 minute of rest per round)
