Warm-up:
2 Rounds
5 Bootstrappers
5 Superman
10 Floor taps (Forward and L/R)
:20 Hollow hold
10 Banded Good morning or w/ light weight
10 Towel hamstring slides

WOD:

For quality, 20 minute time cap.

*10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Single leg deadlift (No weight? use a milk jug or an odd object)
Renegade Row (towel rows or 2-for-1 shoulder taps in plank, see video)
*10 on left side then 10 on right of each movement then 9 on each, on down to 1.

Mobility:
1:00 Seated twist (each side)
1:00 Straddle
