A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
2 Pause Front Squats w/ 3 second hold at bottom @ 70% of 1RM

B) Partner WOD!
Partner 1 performs AMRAP of:
10 Push Press
12 Front rack lunge
10 C2B Pull-up
while partner 1 is performing the AMRAP, partner 2 runs 400m.
Once partner 1 returns, partners switch. Continue with this pattern for a total of 4 rounds.
Record total # reps of push press, lunge, and pullup.
