Warm-up:
4 Inchworm lunge
then
Go through all the movements 1x
1 run, 2 TGU, 3 Jump squat, 4 plank burpee , and 4 reps of all the other movements.

WOD: “12 Days of Quarantine”

28 Minute Time Cap:

1- 100m run
2- TGU
3- Jump squats
4- Plank burpee
5- Starfish sit-up
6- Walking lunge
7-Inverted burpee
8- Mountain climber
9- DB swing
10- Box jump
11- Reverse sit-up
12- SDHP
Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, etc. – all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
