A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
2 Tempo Front Squat @ 30×0
30×0= 3 second descent with no pause at bottom or top of squat

B) Once through for time:
1000m Row
50 Burpee box jump over (24/20″)
12 min cap

Mobility:
2 minutes Lizard (each side)
2 minutes Saddle
