5 Yoga pushup
2 Inchworm lunge
2 Inchworm pushup
8 Bird dog
14 Mountain climber
8 Up downs
14 Mountain climber
10 Top down deadlift
4 Deep squat complex

WOD:
Spend 6 minutes building to a starting set of 6-8 Deadlift and Bench press
then
Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes (6 sets)
6-8 Deadlift
6-8 Bench press
Build on sets 1-3 than maintain sets 4-6.
