Warm-up:
3 rounds of
2 Inchworms
25′ Walking samson lunge
4 Spiderman lunge
6 Up dog/down dog
8 Speed skaters
200m run

This has been a tough week of workouts! I’m programming two different variations of the workout depending on how your body is feeling.
V1 is for those who want to go a little harder and V2 is for those that need active recovery.

WOD: 20 minute AMRAP

V1: 400m run
20 Box jumps
15 V-ups
10 Pull-ups
* 1 minute rest after each round

V2:400m run
20 Box step-ups
15 tuck-ups
10 Ring or sheet rows
* No rest, go slow and steady.

Mobility: 1:30 Pigeon pose
