Front Squat (from floor)
Bench
(135/95, 105/75, 85/50)
*16 minute cap

Extra: :90 barbell curl finisher (45/35#)
You cannot put the bar down or rest it in rack or crease of the hip.

Mobility:
2 minute dbl lax ball to t-spine
2 minute straddle

*Extend working leg fully before putting non-working leg on box.

Mobility: 2 minute quad rollout w/ barbell (each side)
