30 Jumping jax
3 (Front squat + lunge + lunge)
250m/200m Row
20 Single under
10 Singe under + Double under (attempts count)

WOD:
A) Front Squat +Lunge (R) +Lunge (L)
Build to a heavy set in 12 minutes.
Compare to 020420.

B) 4-5 Rounds each for time of:
250/200m Row
25-50 DU (2-for-1 SU, these should take :30-:45)
Rest 1 minute
*13 minute cap. Compare to 020420.
