WOD

Warm-up:
2 Rounds of:
12 Plank shoulder taps
8 Reverse lunge
6 Cossack squat
4 Deep squat complex
Bear crawl forward 25′ and backward 25′
:10 Dead bug (left and right leg)

WOD:
A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes
6-8 Bulgarian split squats left and right (DB 50/35#, BB 105/75#, 18/13″)
Bodyweight: Pistols or tempo split squats

B) EMOM x 10
10 Plank burpees (scale to ~:15 for work)
Max Wallball in remainder of time (Bodyweight sub roll to candlestick)

Mobility:
1:00 Lizard
1:00 Saddle
