Increase from last week.

B) 4 Rounds each for time of:
20 WB (20/14)
20 DB Box Step-overs (35/25, 20/18″)
Rest 1 minute
If WB & step-overs take longer than 2:30 scale work/load.
If they take less than 2 than increase height of WB or load on step-overs.
Mobility:
1 minute forward fold
1 minute seated straddle each side (right, left, middle)
1 minute happy baby
