Warm-up:
2 Rounds of:
200m Run
4 Inchworms
25′ Heel toe walk, Samson lunge, high knees, butt kicks,
carioca, apple pickers
1 Wall walk up

WOD:
For time:
Against a 7 minute running clock: 1000m run followed by max push press in remainder of the time. (Bodyweight: wall walk ups)

Against a 6 minute running clock: 800m run followed by max push press in remainder of the time.

Against a 5 minute running clock: 600m run followed by max push press in remainder of the time.

Against a 4 minute running clock: 400m run followed by max push press in remainder of the time.

Against a 3 minute running clock: 200m run followed by max push press in remainder of the time.

*Scale runs to 600/400/300/200/100
** Sub mountain climbers or side step-overs for run 200/160/120/80/40
