Snatch
Clean
Deadlift

*Start with a bar loaded to 50-60% of 1RM snatch and increase weight 10 lbs each minute. Start with the snatch. Continue the clean where you left off the snatch, and the deadlift where you left off the clean. Record top load for each of the 3 lifts.
