Warm-up:

5 Bootstrapper
5 Single leg deadlift each leg
20 Shuffle split jack
7 Pass through
7 Floor slides
5 Pike push-up

WOD:
For time:
21-15-9
Deadlift (DB 50/35#, BB no more than 40% max, Bodyweight sub 2-for-1 speed skaters)
Box jump (28/24″, Bodyweight sub jumping over an object)
HSPU (Seated strict press or pike push-ups)
*15 minute cap.
