Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
4 Inchworm pushup
2 Rounds of:
5 Ring row
5 Burpee
7 Air squat
then
1 Wall walk up w/ :10 hold
20 Shoulder tap in plank
10 PVC halo

WOD:
A) 6×3 Strict Press
12 minutes including warm-up for 6 sets of 3 reps, building.

B) 12 minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups (Ring row)
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Mobility:
:45 Puppy
:45 Archer
