A) Clean

4 sets of 3 reps with :90 rest
start with 85% of 1RM and build up to 100%.

B) 2 Rounds for time:
20 KB swing (70/53#, use a load that allows UB swings)
20 Goblet squat (70/53#)
20 K2E
20 Burpees
10 minute cap
