4 Rounds for quality:
7 Tempo ring push-up (3 second descent, 2 seconds on bottom)
7 OHS (From rack, increase each set)
7 FS (From floor, increase each set)
*This should not take more than 20 minutes.
Extra: 2 sets of Barbell 21’s
7 curls at top ROM, 7 at bottom ROM, and 7 full ROM
Rest :60
(If you got less than 30 reps last week use 45/35#, if you got more than 30 reps use 75/50# for 1st set. Modify 2nd set based on how set 1 goes)
