Walking Samson lunge length of room
Bear crawl length of room
10 PVC halo
3 Deep squat complex
5 BB strict press
4 Spiderman lunge
7 BB push press
WOD:
A) 5 minutes to warm up to a moderately heavy set of 5-7 Push Press
(Save your heaviest set for part B)
B) Against a 6 minute clock:
10 Push press w/ part A load (from floor)
Run 600m (Scale to 400m)
Record time to complete.
Against a 6 minute clock:
15 Push press w/ 90%
Run 600m (Scale to 400m)
Against a 6 minute clock:
20 Push press w/ 80%
Run 600m (Scale to 400m)
*If there is not at least 1 minute rest, scale run to 400m.
