Please read our updated COVID-19 Response sent out Friday morning.  We are moving to a class-cap, so there are instructions to follow for this. 


A) Clean
2-2-2-2-1-1-1-1
Building over the course of 15 minutes.

B)
Each against a 7 minute running clock:
800m Run
then in the remaining time AMRAP of
10 Hang Power Clean (95/65#, no more than 40%)
15 Air Squat
10 Pullup

2 minute rest

600m Run
then in the remaining time AMRAP of
15 Hang Power Clean
30 Air Squat
15 Pullup

2 minute rest

400m Run
then in the remaining time AMRAP of
30 Hang Power Clean
60 Air Squat
30 Pullup

1:30 Low Dragon
