Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
6 Up down dog
4 Inchworm lunge
20 Fire Hydrant
6 Box Step over
8 Up down
4 V-up Complex
4 DB reverse lunge
4 Burpee box over
WOD:
A) 100 Burpee Box Over for time (Scale to 50 or 75)
At the start of every 2 minutes including the first 2 minutes, perform 10 DB reverse lunge (35/25#)
*20 minute time cap.
B) 50 V-up complex for time
*6 minute time cap.
