Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
4 Inchworm
10 Cossack squat
12 T-spine opener
4 Up down dog
5 Lat pull
5 Hanging knee raise
5 Muscle clean
5 Top down deadlift
3 (Clean lift off 1″ off floor + clean)
5 Burpee over bar
2-4 T2B

WOD:
A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
Clean lift off 1″ off floor + clean

B) EMOM x 9 (3 Sets)
Min 1: Max Hang power clean (95/65#)
Min 2: Max Lateral burpee over bar
Min 3: Max T2B (Hanging knee raise)

Mobility:
1:00 Straddle (L/R/M)
