Warm-up:
4 Inchworm lunge
16 Fire hydrant
10 Bird dog
12 Single leg glute bridge
10 Jump squat
10 Hollow rock
10 Cossack squat
200m Run
75′ Bear crawl
10 Back squat w/ empty bar

WOD:
Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes:
15 Back squat (55-65%)*
400m Run
*Back squat sets should be unbroken.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Couch
