minute 1: Max L-sit hold (Accumulate a minimum of :20)
minute 2: AMREPs Pistols (scale by standing on stacked plates or box or by subbing out goblet squats)

B) 2 rounds for time of:
50/30 Wallball (20/14#)
20/15 Manmaker (35/25#)
2 Rounds for time of:
20/15 Calorie AB
100/75 DU (100-200 SU)
Scale as needed in order to complete in under 20 minutes.
