Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
4 Up down dog
2 Rounds of:
5 Ring row
7 Pushup
9 Hollow rock
then
10 T-spine opener
20 Shoulder tap in plank
5 Kip swing
3-5 Pullup
10 PVC halo

WOD:
A) Bench press
Every 2:30 for 15 minutes (6 sets)
6 Bench press, building.

B) 3 Rounds for max reps:
1 Minute max pullup
1 Minute rest

Mobility:
:45 Side puppy
:45 Twisted cross
