A)
5 minutes to build to a heavy strict press
then
5 minutes to build to a heavy push press
Start push press with the same weight you finish strict press with.

B) 100 pullups for time:
Every time you drop from the bar perform 5 burpees.
Scale to 75 or 50 pull-ups.
Record time and total burpees performed.

Mobility:
1 minute archer in saddle each side
1 minute eagle in saddle each side
