25-50′ Handstand Walk or 2-4 Wall Walk-Up

B)
Every 5 minute for 20 minutes:
7 Power clean (185/125, 155/105, 115/80, 95/65)
14 T2B (knee raise)
400m Run

Mobility:
2 minute coach stretch each side
1 minute lying knee twist each side
