Mountain climber
Jumping jax
Squat in and outs
Tuck ups
Up/downs

WOD:
0-5: 800m Run, 1000m Row or 160 mountain climbers
5-20: EMOM x 4-8 Weighted lunges (DB 50/35, BB 105/75, or odd objects) & 4-7 Clean & S2O (Bodyweight sub broad jump clean & press)
20-22: Rest
22-25: Max DU/SU/ or toe tap
Record time for run, reps and load for lunges and C&Press and reps for DU
