Warm-up:
10 PVC halo
5 Yoga push-up
10 T-spine rotation
10 PVC Can opener
2 Rope get-up
6 Hang clean + strict press
3 Deep squat complex
6 Hang clean + push press
7 Burpee

WOD:
20 minute AMRAP
1 Rope climb (2 Rope get-up)
6 Hang clean + push press (Rx-105/75, scale to a load that allows you to go UB)
9 Push-up

Mobility:
:30 Side puppy
:45 Archer in saddle
:45 Twisted cross
