A) 4-4-4-4-4
Sumo Deadlift
Build over the course of 15 minutes.

B) 6 minute AMREP:
Rope Climb
In 3 person teams, accumulate as many rope climbs as possible.

C) 2 sets of:
20 DB bent over row (10 each side, heavy)
12 Hamstring curl (ring or band)

Mobility:
2:00 Couch stretch
