Warm-up:
10 Bootstrapper
10 Bird dog
10 Starfish sit-up
10 Superman
then
3 rounds of
20 Shuffle splits
6 Broad jump
WOD:
Test minute of each then rest 3 minutes
Subtract 10 from whatever you got and that is your starting number. If you got 10 or less than start with 1.
EMOM x 10
Death by Hang power clean or Broad jump
Begin minute 1 with the number you determined from your test minute. For example, if you got 15 in your test minute than you’ll be starting minute 1 with 5.
Minute 2 you add one and do 6 reps. Continue adding a rep until the 10 minutes is up.
3 minutes rest
then
EMOM x 10 Death by T2B or V-up
Perform this the same as the hang power clean.
