Warm-up:
2 Rounds
10 Passthroughs
5 Halos
10 OH reverse lunge
7 Yoga push-up
10 Up downs
1 Wall walk up
5 pull-up

WOD: EMOM x 10 Press + Pull-up

Minute 1
10 Press
1 Pull-up

Minute 2
9 Press
2 Pull-up

*Continue adding a pull-up and removing a press each minute for 10 minutes.

Press can be strict if your weight is light or push press/jerk if heavier (DB 50/35#, BB 105/75#, Bodyweight Pike or HSPU)

Rest 2 minutes

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
5-1 Wall walk up
1-5 Man-maker
Perform this the same as above.

Mobility:
1:00 Eagle
1:00 Puppy
1:00 Archer
