:20 Up/down dog
:20 Tuck-ups
:20 Supermans
:20 Mountain climbers
:20 Up/downs

WOD: 2 rounds
Against a 5 running clock:
Run 500m (this should take ~2:30)
50 Air squat
Max rep Pushup

Against a 5 running clock:
Run 500m (scale to 400m)
25 Pushup
Max rep Air squat

Mobility:
1:00 Couch stretch
1:00 Straddle
